Terms of Service

Welcome to Jungle Elite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our B2B luggage and bag supply chain services, including design, OEM/ODM manufacturing, and wholesale distribution. By accessing our site or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our B2B Services

Jungle Elite operates as a design-driven supply chain hub based in Shiling, Guangzhou. We provide business-to-business (B2B) services including, but not limited to:

  • Product design and micro-innovation consulting.
  • Sample development and material sourcing.
  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) production.
  • Ready-to-ship wholesale operations.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

We deeply respect intellectual property rights, which is the core of our design-driven business:

  • Client IP: For OEM projects where you provide the technical drawings, tech packs, or original designs, you retain 100% ownership of the Intellectual Property. We will not share, sell, or display your custom designs to other clients without your explicit permission.
  • Jungle Elite IP: For ODM projects, ready-to-ship wholesale items, and designs originating from our internal team, Jungle Elite retains all intellectual property rights unless a specific design transfer agreement is signed and purchased.

3. Sampling and Production Orders

  • Sampling: Sample fees are required prior to development. These fees are generally refundable or deductible when a corresponding bulk order meets our specified Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
  • Bulk Orders & Payment: All bulk manufacturing orders require a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and a deposit (typically 30% or as negotiated) before production begins. The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment.

4. Quality Assurance and Claims

We implement strict Quality Control (QC) processes at our Shiling hub.

  • Any claims regarding product defects, shortages, or discrepancies must be submitted to us in writing within 15 days of receiving the goods at the destination port.
  • We will investigate and, at our discretion, offer replacements, credits, or reasonable compensation for verified manufacturing defects. We are not liable for damages caused by third-party logistics or improper handling.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jungle Elite and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any supply chain delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, global shipping crises, or material shortages).

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international trade practices and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where our core business entity operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
